Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Cancellation Policy: Cancel free of charge up to 4 hours ahead. Late cancellations will incur a 30% fee, while not showing up will result in a 50% charge.
  • Punctuality: We strive to begin treatments promptly. Please understand that arriving late may result in a shortened session.
  • Late Arrival: If more than 15 minutes late without contact, we may need to cancel your appointment or offer it to another client. No-show policy applies.
  • Refunds: Completed treatments are non-refundable.
  • Group Bookings: A 50% deposit is required for group bookings, with a 48-hour advance notice for cancellations.

Clothing and Therapist Preferences

  • Dress down to your comfort level.
  • Preferences for specific therapists can be accommodated.

Medical Conditions and Pregnancy

  • Contact us if you have any health concerns or are pregnant.

Children and Young People

  • Treatments are available for clients under 18 with a parent or guardian present.
